The conflict between conservation laws and quantum mechanics is analyzed. Referring to a thought experiment, we show that if the individual interpretation of the state| Φ> is valid, and conservation of angular momentum applies in every process for which the external torque is zero, it would be possible to obtain a machine of the first type and superluminal communication.
