En este trabajo se analizan las perspectivas sustentadoras y criticas del bien juridico, perfilandose su lugar en la teoria del delito del siglo XXI. EnglishHistorically, the legal right has always played a first role in the offense theory. Nevertheless, recently, this concept has started being subject of strong critics, so that it is even said that it faces crisis. In this work, we analyze the perspectives that underpin and criticize the legal right, so that we can profile its place in the offense theory of the 21st Century.
