The research shows a type of socio-educational analysis, in relation to the problems of juvenile offenders in the Re-education Centre (CREEME-CAE), equivalent to the social analytical proposal of Steinhardt and Delhey, (2020), which implies a process of modernisation and social reform, where education, as a fundamental element for obtaining significant changes in the social fabric. In order to achieve the objective of analysing the elements of learning that contribute to the development of literacy, for its subsequent application in the life project of minors, an analytical type of research is generated, seeking to understand this phenomenon in its real dimension. Subsequently, the results of the study are presented, in relation to the data obtained from direct observation and the analysis of the behaviour of the students, as well as taking into account the socio-demographic and educational data of 70 students of the educational institution.
