This review article analyze how the narrative of the teaching experience contributes to the transformation and resignification of the school as a space for social impact. Through an interpretive approach and a hermeneutic method, documents published between 2015 and 2023 in different national and international databases were reviewed. The results highlight that the teaching narrative is a valuable resource for the analysis and strengthening of educational work, promoting a critical and adaptive perspective in the face of social challenges. The conclusions highlight the importance of the school as an innovative and transformative space, in which teaching reflection drives the comprehensive development of the educational community.
