The objective of the research was to systematize the design and implementation of the PIAR in a case of hearing disability at the Juan XXIII Educational Institution, and its contribution to the reflection of pedagogical practices regarding inclusive education. The research was developed under a qualitative approach; Its methodological design was the systematization of experiences from the perspective proposed by Jara (2018), which contemplates five moments. The results and conclusions of the systematization experience contribute to the generation of actions and reflections on pedagogical practices that promote educational care for students with disabilities, from a reciprocal process in which the vicissitudes of people lead to the recognition of their diversity and of the unique dynamics of its context for the development of its potential.
