Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. However, with the optimization of screening strategies and advances in treatment, mortality has been decreasing in recent years. In this study, we describe non-small cell lung cancer patients diagnosed between 2021 and 2022 at a high-complexity hospital in Latin America, as well as the immunohistochemistry techniques used to screen for
