P-471 ANALYSIS FROM THE UNION PERSPECTIVE OF PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT REPORTS IN CARTAGENA OIL AND GAS REFINERY INDUSTRY, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT COLOMBIAN REGULATIONS
Abstract Introduction One of the biggest concerns of our union organization USO, has been the subject of psychosocial risk, more precisely the mental health of our workers in the oil industry, which we took as a research model the Cartagena refinery where we manage a direct staff of approximately 1,100 workers in their different activities in this industry. Taking into account that in our country Colombia it is not easy to determine the different diagnoses of mental health and more if they are due to different work situations or occupational origin. Methods The methodology to be used is purely analytical, based on administrative results of medical studies compared from our union point of view with the evidence provided through dialogue and field visits of our direct workers of the company. Results Within this research a large percentage of workers with different psychosocial deviations that are manifested in their diagnoses and discomforts are evidenced. Discussion and conclusion From this research we can assume that the first line of perception of this type of psychosocial risk is through the workers themselves since they are the source of trust and the first barrier of link between the sick worker and the exposed worker. Provide the necessary tools and participation to the joint committees on occupational health and safety to promote the prevention and promotion of psychosocial risks. Promote the SOLVE methodology, recommended by the ILO with union participation, to improve psychosocial issues in the oil industry.
