P-457 FORMULATION OF A SOCIAL-HISTORICAL MODEL WITH INTERNATIONAL ARTICULATION FOR THE CONCEPTUALIZATION OF PSYCHOSOCIAL FACTORS AT WORK, BEYOND THE REGULATIONS AND POLICIES THAT PROMOTE ONLY COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM STANDARDS
Abstract Background Psychosocial risk factors in the workplace can become a problem that leads to multiple negative consequences. Methods With this work, it is expected to formulate a model that allows recognizing the complexity of the phenomenon, including a greater emphasis on health care and dignity of the worker. It is intended and elaborate a theoretical development based on the articulation of various international perspectives ranging from developments in Germany and Russia, to Sweden, through the Latin American perspective, which will broaden the epistemological basis of psychosocial factors and will have an impact on theoretical developments. and applied Health and Safety at work OHS. Therefore, the general objective is a historical-social model with an international articulation for the conceptualization of psychosocial factors at work, beyond the regulations and policies that promote compliance with minimum standards, because they leave aside processes of high quality that result in the improvement of working conditions. Results and discussion The type of research is comparative documentary, of an ideographic type and the chosen comparison model is of a socio-historical nature. As a result of the formulation of the model, it is established that the following concepts must be articulated to promote a better understanding of psychosocial factors: production processes wear and tear and morbidity and mortality, worker approach, class wear, labor exploitation, multicausal analysis of health-disease, informal work, epidemiological analysis of morbidity and mortality caused by stress, self-conditioning of free time, economic, political and historical determinants of health and work conditions. Conclusion It is concluded that improving theorization will generate safer and more dignified working conditions.
