Finding ultrasound databases for testing new imaging methods can be a challenge, especially when it comes to medical data, as these data are often subject to ethical and privacy constraints. With the motivation to contribute to biomedical advancements in early breast cancer detection and considering some advantages of the imaging method known as full waveform inversion (FWI), we have taken the initiative to create a database of breast ultrasound images derived from a magnetic resonance imaging database. The objective of this work is to provide an organized and labeled database containing pairs of images composed of a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image and its synthetic ultrasound counterpart.
