The dataset data_candidate contains all the information on the 612 candidates for Cuba's National Assembly that participated in the 2013 elections. Besides their names and districts, the dataset has the vote share for each candidate as well as bibliographical information. The second dataset data_municipal has socioeconomic data for each municipality as well as a variable named premium that has the premium in vote share received by candidates that were also municipal delegates.
