Leishmaniasis is a parasitic disease endemic in Central and South America. There are three main clinical forms: cutaneous, mucocutaneous, and visceral leishmaniasis, with variable prognosis. Diagnosis is made based on clinical features, epidemiological context, and parasitological confirmation. To report the cases of three family members: a 42-year-old father, his 13-yearold daughter and his 6-year-old son, with different clinical manifestations of cutaneous leishmaniasis, some of which resemble other cutaneous diseases. The clinical spectrum of cutaneous leishmaniasis is broad. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a high clinical suspicion to do early diagnosis and offer an optimal treatment.
