MODELO DE RESILIENCIA Y EXPRESIÓN ARTÍSTICA EN NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES DE ZONAS RURALES CONTIGUAS A ESPACIOS TERRITORIALES DE CAPACITACIÓN Y REINCORPORACIÓN
The Colombian population has experienced an important series of violent events that affect the health of the population, especially rural children. The objective of this mixed study with two narrative and prevalence components was to determine the effect of a dialogic and reflective model between artistic creation, experiential narratives and resilience, in a sample of 130 school children and youth in rural areas of departments affected by the armed conflict. Among the instruments applied were the JJ46 Resilience Test and a narrative interview before and after the intervention; the OR prevalence ratio was calculated with SPSS. The significant differences obtained in the results it is possible to affirm that the artistic intervention increased self-esteem, assertiveness and adaptability, that is, resilience, especially in women in five of the six dimensions. As part of the conclusions it is possible to affirm that in this population art and culture contribute to the transformation of individual and social wellbeing states of children and adolescents, therefore its application can be projected in areas of economically and socially disadvantaged population.
