The sample was intentional and was made up of 30 active companies with more than 5 years operating, which are service companies and belong to the tourism sector in the department of La Guajira. The data collection technique was the survey, with two instruments, one for each variable, 21 items for innovative capacity and 21 items for integrative leadership of VUCA environments, with five response alternatives. The instruments were validated through expert judgment and their reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient, obtaining 0,87 and 0,89 respectively, resulting in very high reliability.
