Introduction: Transorbital neuroendoscopic surgery (TONES. is an innovative, minimally invasive surgical approach for treating skull base pathologies. Recent evidence has shown that it decreases length-of-stay (LOS) and CSF fistula, granting better cosmetic outcomes than other skull base approaches. There are no reported cases of management of epidural hematomas through TONES procedure, and in Latin America, there are no reports about the local experience and results. We aim to describe a case report of epidural hematoma associated with a left frontal fracture with extension to orbit roof managed through TONES.
