This article presents the results of the validation and design of a web application to find super-efficiency in productive companies in the city of Medellin in the country Colombia. In the sector, it is observed that there is a need to strengthen tools in operations research in companies where productive management processes are led. This type of management is carried out in an operational, non-technological manner. That is why an application called DEA 4.0 is being developed. This application addresses leadership and production process management by optimizing outcomes using mathematical models. These models enable a quicker and more precise comparison of measurement units, facilitating the optimization of processes to be evaluated. "Super Efficiency" models are part of the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) field, which in turn is a subfield of Operations Research. The software product is validated within an artisanal productivity company by comparing the results of two models that exhibit better optimization responses. This enables the generation of conclusions for the decision process.
