The use of solar energy in the architectural formation has become a step that must be achieved, as the sustainable architectural formation of public buildings will be based on solar energy.Photovoltaic cells are integrated in the roof or walls of the building to provide energy for the building, and this integration is either through the installation of photovoltaic panels on one Building elements or to replace finishing materials for the facade or roof. The research problem is that the rate of building energy consumption has increased with technological progress, and public buildings represent an energyconsuming element.Depletion of energy and resources, as the energy consumed in Egypt represents about 92.5% of nonrenewable energy. The negative impact on the health of users of public buildings due to the lack of ventilation and natural lighting. The research aims to design public buildings that rely on obtaining consumed energy from renewable sources, which are photovoltaic cells, and to identify methods of integrating photovoltaic cells with the design of public buildings and their impact on architectural design.Finding solutions through which photovoltaic cells can be integrated with the building design.
