This article was interested in identifying the perceptions of managers, managersand users inherent in the strategies of permanent training for the administrativemanager of sports facilities and equipment, which contribute to the qualificationof their work role. Methodologically, it was oriented from a cross-sectional casestudy. He used the questionnaire as technique. Their commitment to participatein ongoing training processes that qualify their self-organization skills, attendingshort courses, workshops, forums, seminars, and other educational strategies ishighlighted. The prospective routes of this study outlined the interest for the creationof a permanent or continuous training model for the qualification of the laborrole of the managers of sports facilities in the said region.
