This paper presents data collected from a training and research project designed to enhance workplace safety and health in agricultural organizations. The objective of this project was to develop a training strategy for agricultural workers that would aid in identifying and comprehending occupational risks and control measures.To facilitate the research, two groups of workers were involved in each industry. One group utilized ICT tools for learning, while the other group employed non-virtual methods. A concurrent mixed approach, primarily descriptive in nature, was adopted. The aim was to determine which training methodology had the greatest impact on the studied population. Subsequently, an analysis of the results was conducted.
