This paper presents the design and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for remote electro-cardiogram monitoring. The system consists of the acquisition of the heart's electrical signals and the transmission of these data to a central web server using a client-server architecture. Initially, the signals are acquired through electrodes placed on the user's extremities. In this phase, instrumentation amplifiers and frequency filters are used to improve the quality of the acquired signal. Once the patient's signal is captured, it is processed and then sent to a web server for instant data analysis and visualization. This process facilitates the evaluation of physicians regardless of geographic location. This module includes the use of sockets to interface with an ESP32 and a Raspberry Pi.
