This document presents the development of an application that allows managing the technical service of home internet services and fixed telephony, offered by small telecommunications companies such as ISPs. This application is made up of three distributed systems, which are: i) a backend server in charge of storing and exposing all the information to the Internet, ii) a web client that is in charge of managing visits, clients and technicians and iii) an application developed on Android, which will be operated by the technicians to record all the activities carried out in the technical reviews. This system maintains the history of visits made by its clients in order to identify if the problems were solved with the first visit or if it required more to provide a solution, this with the aim of improving the technical support service.
