A prototype will be developed to help in the creation of the Bray II solution in an autonomous way, to later be applied in a biosolid that, after being processed and mixed, performs the extraction of the phosphorus contained in the biosolid. The above described, will be developed with the use of the PLC Simens 17 1200, and ktp with which the SCADA will be implemented, the process has additional stages to its normal operation as the cleaning stage that will maintain the system and emergency stops for each of the processes or stages in case of an emergency.
