The phenomenon of the consumption of psychoactive substances seems to be a social scourge to which the vast majority of systems immersed in society have adapted; It seems that it was one more landscape of a scenario that for years permeates in a strong and merciless way the lives of individuals, their families, becoming a social model, which legitimizes certain ways of constructing reality. Adolescents are seen by this phenomenon as a project of easy access and demand for the future if they manage to monopolize them completely, they are the most fragile social subjects. From this perspective emerges the construction of the personal and professional reflections that are exposed in this writing; Not before without considering of course, the epistemological and ontological enunciations that psychology can think about it, from a psychosocial and ecological logic, based on the disciplinary principles of the systemic approach of psychology, also considering the relationship subject (psychologist) - subject (consultant), as a fundamental disciplinary basis for the construction of new psychological praxis in the understanding and analysis of the consumption of psychoactive substances in adolescents.
