The use of time series forecasting analysis is a wide-spread tool used in areas such as economics, weather forecast and medicine, yet the instances of its use in dentistry seem to be few and far between. The aim of this Scoping Review was to systematically map and analyze the existing literature on time series forecasting analysis within the different fields of dentistry.
