Abdominal pregnancy is a rare, life-threatening condition that needs to be managed carefully.It is considered as an ectopic pregnancy.It can be located primarily in the peritoneal cavity or secondary to a ruptured ectopic pregnancy or tubal abortion.We presents three cases abdominal pregnancy that being diagnosed and managed with various conditions: Case A, A 44-y.o in 18 weeks of gestation; Case B, A 33-y.o in 28 weeks of gestation, fetus with IUGR; and Case C, A 29-y.o in 26 weeks of gestation with maternal complication of bilateral hydronefrosis.
