The Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites and their current applicabilities are the legacy of a set of advances regarding the use of Outer Space since the 60s.Four approaches can be developed to think about this advance, where each one of them correspond to a specific area.Space exploration can be seen from a theoretical approach, involving the influences and concerns in the mainstream, as well as a technical or legislative approach, focusing both on the mechanics and technology employed in the manufacturing of satellites, as well as the regulatory needs of their operation.Likewise, a practical approach can't be forgotten , adding political and geoeconomic logics as decisive factors. Finally, it is understood from an integrative optic, that all approaches have their space, and inevitably they are all necessary in a whole.
