Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.This is a prospective but not randomised clinical study regarding a natural product -PRP-for the treatment of a bone disease.Abstract is well written, all sections are clear, easy to understand.It has enough information for both the disease and the PRP in introduction section.Methods and results are very clear, pictures and table is very well.The study has very solid bacground about the PRP, and they use it with good indication, and therefore the results are not suprisngly perfect.I would say this is a very important study to show how effective the PRP in clinical setting for promoting the wound healing.Therefore, I strongly recommend to publish this study in this Journal.
