Studies reveal a limited use of management knowledge in companies, which highlights the importance of a learning management model in incubators. Although incubator research has been sparse, the initial stages of incubation are crucial to the success and long-term viability of a business. In order to fill this research gap, a learning management model in incubators was developed. The approach used consists of four stages. In the first stage, a systematic review of the literature was carried out to identify approaches and components of the learning management model in incubators. The second stage was a meta-analysis of the scientific literature to establish the variables, factors, and dimensions of the model. In the third stage, a principal component analysis was carried out to study the proposed relationships and statistically validate the model. The fourth stage involved the validation of the model with experts in management, education, projects and entrepreneurship. The study allowed a generalization to the Colombian context due to the representativeness of the samples. A rigorous process was followed in the identification of the components, confirmed in the meta-analysis stage. Principal component analysis reveals significant associations between variables, factors, dimensions, and the model. The validation with experts grants the high validity of the model for entrepreneurs in the Colombian context. The results of the research contribute significantly to the literature on entrepreneurship by providing a statistically proven and highly valid model. Although the model may be applicable in different contexts, it was specifically validated in the Colombian case. In addition to its potential to deepen the understanding of entrepreneurship projects and incubators, the model becomes a practical tool to manage learning processes in incubators, generating an impact on academia, the business sector, and public policies. An easy-to-use interactive prototype (App) was also presented to reach a greater number of entrepreneurs through the web.
