The objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between human resources and innovation in the Mype of Barranca, Huaura and Huaral. A descriptive correlational design with a quantitative approach was used, a sample of 425 Mype companies applied to their directors. The results indicate that human resources planning and development are significantly related to innovation, while integration is not. Talent as digital technology have a positive relationship with innovation; confirmed by [1] Spearman correlation of 0.426 and moderate correlation (0.455) when doing multiple regression, which suggests attention should be paid to human resource planning and development and adoption of digital technologies to promote innovation in organizations. The Ordinal Logistic Regression test confirmed that there is a relationship between the two variables with moderate relationship. The study was supported with simulation in Crystal Ball with 15000 simulations, determined that the data has a leptokurtic distribution with almost normal skew.Finalizing with the Batch adjustment that helps us to define the best management strategy: Improve employee welfare and employee productivity (44.68% ratio)..
