An 80-year-old female patient began her current condition the day before her admission, reported an episode of headache and disorientation. With 70% oxygen saturation, no oxygen use at home. Weight loss of 11 kg in 6 months, in recent weeks episodes of thermal rise in the mornings, dry cough and progressive dyspnea with antibiotic treatment and paracetamol, without significant improvement.
