The objective of this study was to develop alternative processes for the peaceful resolution of conflicts in the student community, for the strengthening of healthy School Coexistence in an Educational Institution in the city of San Juan de Pasto. The methodology was qualitative, from a social critical approach and a Research-action design. The unit of analysis was 35 students, Adolescents Criminal Responsibility System, in whom an installed capacity was established, evidenced in the empowerment of the different alternative scenarios for the peaceful resolution of conflicts. The results suggest the implementation of Restorative Justice processes aimed at reinstatement socio affective ties and preventing aggressive behaviors especially in educational contexts.
