The research raised is justified insofar as it allows improving the internal logistics within the camp of a mining concession and aims to propose a reverse logistics improvement plan for WEEE based on the regulations for reducing costs.The research is applied, nonexperimental design, continuous improvement was used, both quality and quantitative tools to identify equipment costs, the scope is for the purchasing area, maintenance services, identifying current equipment in warehouse inventory.It was identified that the equipment does not have an adequate WEEE classification, these are stored incorrectly, omitting recycling processes and exposed to the environment.A standardization in the purchasing area process was determined, which represents an attractive area to make improvements that had a positive and significant impact.The reverse logistics plan was developed, which includes training on the WEEE Regulation and awareness, determination of WEEE equipment, Possible storage strategies, reverse logistics process, in this way the reverse logistics plan is designed with a series of steps to continue to contribute to the company under study, the cost benefit of implementing reverse logistics was carried out, an annual benefit of $ 29,255.00 was identified.
