Hacia la construcción de una metodología replicable para la evaluación de la apropiación social del conocimiento, a partir de la experiencia de los laboratorios de cocreación de la Red de Bibliotecas Públicas de Bogotá - BibloRed
It's evident that all the dynamics of our world are changing thanks to the technological advances that we have today, in that way, and from differents instances, this is a call to make to the cultural and educational sector to transform the practices related to training, in favor of offering more tools related to the challenges of the present that it allows; reduce social gaps, train for equity and justice, generate spaces for democracy, and inspire to begin to develop more sustainable life processes with the environment. Due to the above, most proposals are emerging in some training spaces for the generation of innovative and creative capacities, through initiatives such as; learning commons, makerspace, fablabs, laboratorios and other strategies related to co-creation; that seek, among other things, to bring information and knowledge closer in ways that are more active, participatory and connected to people ́s realities. In this research, it´s proposed to address a particular experience related to the creation and experimentation of a collaborative learning space in the Red de Bibliotecas Públicas de Bogotá – BibloRed, from two instances; On the one hand, it seeks to describe the experience and the process that has been had in the implementation of this space inspired by the Learning Commons model and the maker culture, through three sources of information; participating users, mediators of the co-creation laboratorios and the related documentation, and secondly, based on the information obtained, taking into account the difficulty that has arisen in measuring results, it´s proposed to design a methodology that contains instruments for the evaluation focused on a general objective, in this case, the purpose is mediate by the policy for the Social Appropriation of Knowledge (Apropiación Social del Conocimiento) proposed by Min. Ciencias (Colombia) in 2020.
