Aprendizaje basado en proyectos con enfoque STEAM; una experiencia de integración entre matemáticas, ciencias naturales y artes en 6º grado del Colegio Mayor de San Bartolomé
In the research proposal, a work route is presented for the process of designing and applying a sequence of activities, which carries out the process of transdisciplinary integration of mathematics, natural sciences and arts, applying the methodology of project-based learning (ABP). ) with a STEAM approach. This proposal seeks to be a route or model of learning in the classroom for teachers of basic and secondary. The sequence of activities is worked with sixth grade students of the Colegio Mayor De San Bartolomé (CMSB), and is structured under the phases of the ABP methodology (Ask questions, imagine, plan, create and improve) later the moments and the designed activities, which aim to create a prototype of marine navigation, describing the physical conditions that it can endure inside the Mariana Trench. The research methodology implemented in the work is educational action research, seeking through reflection to improve practice in the classroom. It starts with a planning stage, followed by the phases of action, observation and reflection, in which the impact of the approach proposed here in the teaching processes of science, mathematics and arts can be recognized; and how, innovation in the classroom can be approached from this type of educational proposals that make it possible to achieve the changes and transformations required in a globalized and highly competitive world, generating a greater impact on student learning and creating the possibilities to promote the skills and abilities demanded by today's society.
