This degree work was conducted in the modality of deepening and was developed in the organization Gestión y Estudios Ambientales - Cooperativa Multiactiva (G.E.A.- C.M), a microenterprise of the solidarity sector constituted on May 17, 2015, which has as its main activity the provision of technical-professional services and consultancies in environmental areas (G.E.A.-C.M, 2019). Its main objective is to strengthen the existing link between strategy, innovation and sustainability of G.E.A-C.M. so that it assertively addresses the main challenge or opportunity presented by the organization and positively impacts innovation management; for this purpose, an adjusted methodological framework was used, based on the methodology designed by Transforme Chile in the development of the Innovation Week, which allowed obtaining results regarding the diagnosis of the current state and the definition of the new innovation strategy for the organization, including the design of the management model for innovation. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations that emerged from the process are presented, focusing on issues of strategy, innovation culture and possible steps to follow in order to materialize the identified findings.
