This investigation inquires about the student-teacher relationship as mediated by knowledge and its effect on education quality. In order to analyze how to set this exchange reflected of the educational structure. It started from the current class case study, from which information was obtained through videos, classroom observations and surveys applied to teachers. The purpose was to describe and analyze the events in a neutral form that occurred in those. The study concluded that educational practice did not reflect the interaction and coherence between the educational structure and needs of the students , therefore, it was not possible to establish a solid relationship between teachers and students.
