The Final Peace Agreement meant the recognition of the FARC as a subject to whom responsibility can be imputed in favor of the victims. Faced with this scenario, the possibility of pronouncing sentences against them or declaring their joint and several responsibility with the State in causing damage in the framework of the armed conflict is verified, charged to the assets handed over by the former armed organization.
