Abstract:

Since 1999, the chemical and substance transport company Star Trans has carried out its work of providing the ground transportation service to a specific group of customers, for which within its strengths it has a considerable number of vehicles appropriate for the type of cargo it transports, as well as a contracting model outsourcing of the drivers, allows guaranteeing the security and reliability for their customers. Bearing in mind that one of the main factors that allow companies to stay in the market and be competitive in a constantly changing world is innovation, this consultancy document seeks to identify aspects and design a model that integrates innovation into the business model of Star Trans.
