A dual-phase refinement protocol considering distinct amounts of polar/nonpolar phases reflecting the polar nano phases formation in two relaxor ferroelectric systems was performed. The samples of PLZT and PLMN-PT have shown a typical relaxor behavior with different freezing temperatures, and the amounts of the polar phase of the lack of ergodicity were obtained using structure parameters.
