This article exposes the design of a computational tool for evaluating technological risks associated with transporting chemical products. First, a state-of-the-art review is conducted in which the lack of ICT tools for preventing risks associated with transporting dangerous chemicals is perceived. Then, an intelligent system based on fuzzy logic is designed to emulate the decisions that a risk analysis expert would make. A web application with multiple functionalities is designed to facilitate the evaluation, the dynamic design of transport routes, and the previously recorded evaluations checking. Finally, the results are presented to contrast the effectiveness of the developed system against the current way within an actual test environment.
