The nursing narrative captures the experience lived in a moment of care.This article aims to analyze the narrative "love, care and transcend" and its articulation with the CTE Theoretical and Empirical Conceptual System, proposed by Fawcett.Method: An inductive analysis of the narrative was carried out, based on the conceptual, theoretical and empirical elements of nursing knowledge.Results: The analysis shows the articulation of the CTE in each one of the components; a) Conceptual Component recognizes the concepts of the metaparadigm that are articulated with the vision of interactive -integrative nursing; b) Theoretical Component, the concepts of the Theory of the Quiet End of Life were identified, which seeks that nursing promote outcomes such as: absence of pain, feeling well-being, feeling dignity and respect, feeling at peace, feeling closeness to relatives; c) Empirical component, the empirical indicators applied in practice are recognized.Conclusion: The nursing narrative is a source of knowledge, from which it is possible to demonstrate the articulation between the conceptual elements and the nursing practice during the dying process from an integrative interactive vision in which a Calm end of life is promoted.life.
