This work focuses on locating a new small transmitter at a position which maximizes the aggregate capacity within a spectrum hole and, where all the transmitters share the same channel n. To take into account a realistic scenario, we based on the regulation for the use of shared spectrum known as CBRS 3.5 GHz band. Nevertheless, the transmitters location problem is of NP-Hard complexity which needs to look for new methods to achieve good solutions within reasonable time. The Simulated Annealing (S.A.) algorithm has been choosen in this type of problems for finding suboptimal solutions in a short term. Our proposed method were simulated in more than 2000 CBRS scenarios, such results are provided by means of CDF and 90th percentile.
