The objective of this research work is to analyze the applicability of neurotechnology to determine the credibility of testimony in jurisdictional processes, since Venezuelan law has vetoed this possibility, alleging the violation of fundamental rights. The type of research is identified as documentary, whose data analysis technique used is legal hermeneutics. As a result, it was determined that neu-rotechnology can be used as a test of expertise that the judge will be able to evaluate according to sound criticism, functioning as a method of confirming the facts brought to the process.
