The general objective of the research is to strengthen inclusiveprocesses in the classroom through "Inclusion" a virtual classroom, aimedat eleven preschool and elementary school teachers of the Francisco Palauy Quer School in the municipality of San Juan del Cesar La Guajira, whichcompiles and presents a digital tool focused on the promotion andstrengthening of inclusive pedagogical processes. Inclusive contents weregenerated within the curricular development and pedagogical tools to createchanges in the school paradigm. The qualitative approach, action research, gathered information by applying the following instruments. First, an initialsurvey to identify the inclusive technological processes in the institution andthe most recurrent learning barriers. Then, a triangulation was made throughdirect observation. The main results indicated the lack of teacher training oninclusion issues, gaps and digital illiteracy, and the absence of digital toolsto support the inclusive process. Finally, the semi-structured interviewinstrument was applied after the inclussion virtual classroom intervention tocompile the pedagogical scope of the digital tool in the participatingteachers.
