He Empowerment tool, considered at the organizational level as empowerment of organizational resources, has been a field little explored from the organizational perspective and the configuration of the company as a system in developing countries. This research establishes the level of influence of the Empowerment that collaborators can experience towards the organization for which they work and the impact of the tool as an institutional process. A model generated based on the description of Empowerment in three dimensions is used as a reference: meaning, competence, self-determination, and the process of abstraction and documentary deepening.
