The teaching of the Political Constitution is a constitutional order stipulated in article 41, which is based on the organization of the State and the construction of responsible citizens who are aware of their rights, duties, guarantees, and community actions. Therefore, teaching-learning processes are necessary so that students appropriate and develop knowledge and, based on problematic situations, find solutions in defense of civil rights, public interest, and Human Rights. This work developed a case method focused on constitutional actions after constructivism in a blended environment with 168 higher education participants. Methodologically, it had a descriptive approach, with three cases in the categories: identification of the problem, formulation of hypotheses, support with arguments, and generating alternative solutions. The results determined a high performance in analysis and discussion, making it an alternative for reflection and reasoning. Likewise, it provided a new way of learning, changing the traditional scheme of the classroom.
