This study examines the image of one of the negative specimens of mankind, the opportunist, as it appears in the production of interactive satire in modern poetry, where it finds a pulpit on social media platforms, using a critical analytic approach informed by Reception theory.Using examples of living Poetry, the study aims to enumerate the changes that have occurred in this type of interactive literature.On the one hand, it interacts with the revolution in information and modern technology, and, on the other, with its recipients, however varied their class backgrounds and inclinations may be.The study does not look at this interactive satire from a purely esthetic point of view, one which would isolate it from its social and human context.Nor does it simply take the selected poetic texts as a social document, a treatment that would not do justice to their literary qualities.Instead, it takes a middle road, within the framework of a precise and solid knowledge of the nature of art and the responsibility of the artist, and the position of literature between artistic responsibility and pure esthetics.
