The turnover of professionals represents a multifactorial and complex process.Among the factors are overworked professionals, work organization, salary, leadership, sharing in the decision making process, relationships, growth opportunity, management' style, among others.This paper's goal is to complements this set of factors that contribute to the loyalty / evasion of the nursing professional.Towards that end a survey was conducted on publications, between March of 2011 and March of 2014 and found 55 articles, with 34 being selected.The analysis identified that 13 articles dealt with loyalty; six about evasion; one about workload of nursing professional and the risk of contamination in patients; seven papers dealt with new knowledge, because professionals are more committed, involved with the work and institution when valued and presented with vertical growth opportunity in the profession; and finally seven on the physical work environment where physical structures, functional flows provide better working conditions.Among the additional factors identified that complement those already explained are: interest in further education, physical environment and adoption of newClovis Guse e
