In the history of the biological sciences, there have been innumerable discussions on various topics.In this essay, is developed the discussion of the existence or absence of laws in biology, from various postures.For this reason, this essay is a brief compilation of some ideas, returning to some authors defend both postures.Thus, it seeks to justify the absence of laws in biology because it is considered that, by the object of study, which is dynamic, changing and unpredictable, you can not make universal statements.Finally, we discuss what are the didactic implications of this in the classroom.
