This document is based on the description, analysis and strategy applied in the labor area and state entity and the importance of raising awareness about the participation of officials in the processes and the regulation or applicability of the same that must be carried out, for part of public institutions, to generate quiet, assertive, serene spaces and greater articulation between the worker and the family in these complex times of work at home due to the effects of compliance with isolation from the COVID-19 pandemic in a public entity in Cartagena de Indias. The relationship of the processes used, the methodological route, analysis about the importance of being part of these processes and the evaluation carried out of this initiative carried out with a team of four psychologists, during four months, through which activities were developed with the working population of an official entity and in order to obtain greater illustration, the results of this psychological strategy are shown, which becomes a benchmark for its sustainability and implementation in other sectors of public order; bearing in mind that as servers they also need this support; every time they work in the poor communities of the city and deserve to obtain and be part of this psychological accompaniment.
