This article is based on an analysis on the importance of formal education since early childhood stage.Ever since the creation of the laws that legalize this first cycle of formation, the impact of the thought and dreams of the teacher in his daily teaching routine, plus the teaching and learning views, have been vital aspects for a more humanized education.This article is the result of the research made for the doctoral thesis, which aims to: "analyze the approaches and conceptions on training the teachers in the early stages of future Children Educators in the State Universities in the Caribbean part of Colombia", it is a qualitative research, which uses two instruments.The first one is an adaptation of the survey made by Trigwell, and the second one is a semi-structured interview designed for such an effect, which will allow us to identify, contextualize and reflect upon the research question.The expected results are to know the pedagogic approaches and conceptions used by forming teachers.
